Continuous Professional Development

As educational technology, school guidelines and curriculum standards are constantly changing, making it challenging for teachers to keep up with trends and best practices in the field, CPD is an expectation for all teachers which requires teachers to engage in professional learning and self-evaluation, and maintain a professional learning record and portfolio of evidence. Through our continuing education program, career-minded individuals can constantly improve their skills and become more proficient at their jobs. 

1MT continues to create content and implement teacher development programs for individual teachers, schools, and governments (under the Mandatory Continuing Professional Development program – MCPD) while leveraging its platforms for the tracking of Continuing Education Credits (CE Credits).
